Shipping Information

We ship eligible products throughout Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized, heavy, hazardous, or special-order items.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, and shipping carrier schedules.

Customers will be contacted if additional shipping arrangements or charges are required.

In-Store Pickup

Local customers are welcome to arrange in-store pickup at our Sault Ste. Marie location.

Orders placed online for in-store pickup may be held for up to 24 hours once pickup availability has been confirmed, unless other arrangements are made.

Returns & Exchanges

In-stock merchandise: Eligible in-stock products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for in-store credit, subject to inspection and approval.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.

Special orders: Special-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return results from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

Additional shipping charges may apply to special or expedited orders.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Iron Moose Motorsports as soon as possible.

Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the product and packaging when possible.

We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
